How delivery works

Sugary is a hyperlocal marketplace, we onboard curated brands city by city and connect them to cross-border logistics and payments. That means your gift is typically sourced and fulfilled near the recipient, rather than shipped internationally as a single parcel, which keeps delivery faster and avoids customs delays.

Delivery timeframes

Exact delivery windows vary by product, store and destination, and are shown at checkout before you pay. We don't yet have confirmed region-by-region ranges to publish here, this section will be updated once those are finalized with our operations team.

Delivery costs

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the product, store and destination. A confirmed pricing structure (including whether any free-delivery threshold applies) will be published here once finalized.

Sending without an address, Gift Link™

Don't know where someone lives? Place the order and send a secure Gift Link™ over SMS, email or WhatsApp instead. The recipient enters their own address privately, delivery is scheduled once they do, and you never have to ask an awkward question.

Tracking your delivery

Every order includes live tracking and delivery confirmation from your order history. If a gift isn't right for the recipient, Gift Swap™ lets them exchange it for something they'll actually use, see our Return & Refunds page for details.

Delivery issues

If a delivery is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us and include your order number, we'll help sort it out.
