Delivery Policy
Perishable Nature: Because flowers and curated gift items are perishable, Farmerr does not accept standard physical returns or exchanges. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, in poor quality, or differs from what was ordered: You must report the issue to Customer Support within 4 to 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof and the order details. Once verified, customers can choose either a replacement/redelivery (usually completed within 12–24 hours) or a refund. Non-Qualifying Issues: Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., subtle packaging differences, missing greeting cards, or standard floral substitutions due to seasonality) do not qualify for a return or replacement.
Return Policy
Eligible Refund Cases: Delivery is not completed within 24 hours of the selected preferred delivery slot. Verified delivery of damaged, defective, or incorrect products (when a replacement is not chosen). Cancellation Timelines & Deductions: > 24 hours before delivery slot: 90% refund to the original payment method (10% cancellation fee) OR a 100% refund as a credit to the Farmerr wallet. 12 to 24 hours before delivery slot: 80% refund to the original payment method (20% cancellation fee) or a full wallet refund at Farmerr's discretion. < 12 hours or already processed: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation/dispatch has begun. Refund Processing Time: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on the customer's bank/payment provider, refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days (or within 24 hours for instant-refund enabled gateways).
