Requires clear photos, the product in its original condition, and someone available to receive the redelivery. Store Credit (Perfect Wallet): Instant credit with no expiry to use on any product. This is our preferred refund method and may include a bonus goodwill value. Refunds (Original Payment): Not provided by default. Issued only in exceptional cases at our discretion.
