Delivery Policy
UAE Shipping: Free standard shipping within the UAE (takes 1–3 days). Dubai Delivery: Same-day delivery is available in Dubai if the order is placed before 3 PM. International Shipping: Shipping to the rest of the Middle East costs between AED 50–200 and takes up to 7 days. Processing: All orders are processed and shipped on the same or the following business day. Restrictions & Duties: They do not ship to PO Boxes. The recipient is fully responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the destination country.
Return Policy
Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 working days of placing the order. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with the original receipt included. Process: You must email info@carolinesvedbom.me to receive a pre-authorization before sending the product back. Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping cost to your location is deducted from the refund amount (for UAE orders, a flat AED 60 is deducted). Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
