One of the most wonderful and best shops I've ever dealt with, starting with the lady who took my order. Her manner was very refined, and she promised I would receive the cakes exactly as I ordered. But what surprised me was that they were even better and more beautiful than I had requested. The taste of the cake was amazing, as everyone agreed. May God bless whoever did this work so well. Return Policy
We are so vigilant about our deliveries, therefore we ask the delivery person to take picture of the product upon delivery arrival. the client is required to check the goods upon delivery so that client could declare any damages. if by any chance the cake arrives spoiled, we will immediately contact the delivery company, and they will take responsibility for this order and refund you. But this must be reported at the time of delivery directly. upon receiving the picture of damage, the team evaluate the situation, than the partial or full refund is made accordingly.
