I Ordered bouquet from talabat. Requested pink and white combination 💐 they sent crappie yellow, red and green. Photo attached for reference. Not at all recommended. They don't care even informed them. Pathetic service from olympic flowers. Spoiled the entire mood.
Delivery Policy
We ensure delivery within 20–30 minutes. Upon arrival, customers are kindly requested to inspect the product to confirm that everything is in proper condition.
Return Policy
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy Exchange: 1. If a customer identifies any damage or issue with the product upon delivery, they are eligible to return the product and receive an exchange. Refund: 1. Customers must report any valid damage or issue within the same day of delivery. 2. If they choose not to accept an exchange and return the bouquet to the store on the same day, a full refund will be issued. 3. Once the delivery is complete, the customer must return the product to the store themselves to proceed with the exchange. 4. If they are unable to return the product, a 50% refund will be processed. Note: All complaints will be reviewed for validity before any refund or exchange is approved.
