Shipping Information Our packaging ensures our chocolates are delivered to you in perfect condition. We pack our elegant boxes with gel ice packs and a Jakobi tissue paper to create the perfect gifting experience. Upon request, we can include a complimentary gift message tag. We offer Express delivery. Jakobi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions. Jakobi dispatches the orders from Monday-Saturday. We ship across India. Please allow us 1 to 3 -business days for shipments.
Return Policy
Delivery and Return No exchange is allowed after the product is accepted in the correct order. If the product is spoiled or damaged, please return it, write the reason on the invoice, and report it immediately to the customercare number ( +91 85898 86000) with a photograph of the damage.
