Return Policy

If the status of your order is Being Prepped, Picked Up By Carrier, or Delivered, we cannot cancel your order. This is due to the volume of orders we process and the costs associated with cancelling an order. Once an order has entered the prep process, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
