Delivery Coverage We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. 2. Estimated Delivery Time Delivery times depend on location and order volume: Dubai & nearby areas: 45–120 minutes Sharjah & Ajman: 60–150 minutes Abu Dhabi: 2–4 hours Northern Emirates: 2–5 hours Please note that these are estimated times and may vary during peak hours, weekends, holidays, or high order volume periods. 3. Dispatch System We operate with a dedicated team of 4 drivers who manage deliveries efficiently across all Emirates. Orders are dispatched based on: Order time and preparation readiness Delivery distance and route optimization Driver availability 4. Semisweet – Return & Exchange Policy At Semisweet, we take great care in preparing and delivering high-quality fresh products. Because our items are perishable and made to order, we have a strict but fair policy to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction. 1. Fresh Food Items Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have been delivered or collected. 2. Order Issues (Wrong or Missing Items) If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery/collection with clear photos of the order. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or store credit. 3. Quality Concerns We aim to maintain the highest standards in every order. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, please reach out within 2 hours of receiving your order, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. 4. Delivery Issues Once an order has been handed to the delivery partner, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
