Within 15 days of receiving them, you may return any tea accessories you bought from our website for a refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original packing and condition. Refunds Upon receiving and examining your returned item(s), we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the same. We will also communicate to you the acceptance or denial of your refund. If it is accepted, we will execute your refund; however, we can only offer store credit at this time.
