Amazing service..I am visiting from New York and this is just the perfect place to pamper myself. Hot oil massage, mani pedi, orange facial, aromatherapy massage was all 10/10.

Beautiful, clean interiors that feel calming even before any of the actual services begin. The soft lightning and background music set the mood well. The services are expensive, and the massages weren't particularly better than those you could receive at much more affordable salons. But the environment they have set up will keep me going back for more. Also, their coffee is a must-have. I'd go back for that coffee alone. It was absolutely spectacular.

We appreciate the effort put into creating a relaxing, fresh interior and ambiance. There were some frustrations however: the instructions read that we should arrive at least 20 min early (to unwind, get changed) and we arrived at least half hour before. Still, we were not called in till ca 13 min past our original booking, and massage started 20 min late. In other words, it was completely unnecessary to get there so early. One of us enjoyed the Thai body massage, the other thought it could have been better. For example, the massage table uses a separate face rest, and when applying pressure on the upper back, the person felt strangled by the face rest. The masseuses were very nice.

My 5th time at kensho today. I love Kensho. I have only availed their spa services and not salon services except eye brow pluck. To me, for spa services, ambience is important. It's not like their service givers are best in town. I would say the quality of the services alone is similar to most other good or popular parlors in Dhaka. It's the ambience and the pampered behavior is what you pay more for. I love ther wooden interior, dim lights ans soothing music. The service providers are trained and most come from other good parlors but later trained by kensho. Only observation is, they should not comment on client's skin or hair condition while giving service. I have faced this earlier but not in today's visit. I would specially like to mention my service provider shobita apu today because I couldn't fault her. She was amazing at her work. I also appreciate how they still follow covid protocols and do not allow full house to be booked. Their tea and coffee are also good. So far, I have tried the following services: 1. Hot oil massage with aloevera pack - this is my always go to 2. Pedicure - good but ofcourse over priced 3. Aroma therapy massage (tried both with and without hot stones) - I absolutely love this one. It is soothing and rejuvenating 4. I tried a facial once that I don't remember the exact name of but it was good. They use a machine to steam and another to pull out black heads. It was not painful like other parlors who use pimple stick to take out blackheads. Please reserve ahead if visiting on weekends or after office hours
