At Aureliah, each piece is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly inspected to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery and hygiene considerations, we follow a strict quality and exchange policy. No Returns or Refunds We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final. We encourage you to review product details and images carefully before placing your order. If you need any assistance prior to purchase, our team will be happy to guide you. Exchange for Damaged Items Only We offer an exchange only in the rare case that you receive a damaged product. To be eligible for an exchange: * A clear, continuous unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package * The video must clearly show: * The sealed package being opened * The product in its original condition inside the packaging Without an unboxing video, we will unfortunately not be able to process any exchange requests. Reporting Timeline * Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery * Requests made after this period will not be accepted Exchange Process Once your request is reviewed and approved: * The damaged item must be returned in its original packaging * After receiving and verifying the product, we will dispatch a replacement of the same item upon availability and if the same item is not available we are happy to provide you store credits or another product of the same range.
