At Hanataba Flowers & Chocolate, we work with third-party courier services for deliveries across Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations. * We aim to deliver all orders on the selected delivery date. * Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as courier schedules may vary throughout the day. * Deliveries are typically completed within the selected delivery day timeframe. * During busy seasons such as Eid, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, delays may occasionally occur. * Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details and ensuring the recipient is available to receive the order. * If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may contact the customer or reschedule the delivery when possible.

At Hanataba Flowers & Chocolate, customer satisfaction is important to us. * Fresh flowers, customized arrangements, chocolates, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. * Exchanges or replacements are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. * Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. * Artificial flower arrangements and non-perishable items may be exchanged within 1 day if unused and in original condition. * Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. * Orders cancelled before preparation or dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
