Before i have tried many flowers and all were unfresh with a disappointing experience. Perfect Flowers are really perfect. Photo actually doesnt reflect true view as live looks even better. P.S. Cat approved

Due to the perishable nature of our products, please email inquiry@perfectflowers.shop within 1 hour of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your order. 🌿 Resolution Options Replacement (Primary): Free replacement for damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality items. Requires clear photos, the product in its original condition, and someone available to receive the redelivery. Store Credit (Perfect Wallet): Instant credit with no expiry to use on any product. This is our preferred refund method and may include a bonus goodwill value. Refunds (Original Payment): Not provided by default. Issued only in exceptional cases at our discretion. Processing takes 5–10 working days, and delivery/service fees may be deducted. ⚠️ Non-Eligible Cases We do not offer replacements or refunds for: Issues reported more than 1 hour after delivery. Minor natural variations in flower type, color, or arrangement. Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery. Change of mind after order preparation or dispatch. 🚫 Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once prepared or out for delivery. In limited cases, approved cancellations will be converted into Perfect Wallet store credit.
