Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cakes, tarts, or other food items once they have been delivered or collected. This policy also applies to gift cards and promotional items, which are strictly non-returnable. However, we take great care in our preparation, so if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at admin@sato.ae on the same day of delivery with supporting photos.
