Same-day orders can be cancelled only before preparation has started. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We deliver across Dubai every day from 6 AM to 2 AM (after midnight). Same-day delivery is available for all orders placed during our delivery hours, from 6 AM until 2 AM. You can choose a delivery time slot at checkout. We do our best to arrive within your chosen slot, but traffic or weather can sometimes cause short delays. Please make sure the address and phone number are correct. If the recipient isn't available, we'll call to arrange redelivery, and an extra fee may apply.
